Steelcase Inc. held its annual meeting of shareholders on July 9, 2025. During the meeting, four proposals were presented to the shareholders. The election of ten nominees to the Board of Directors was approved. The advisory vote to approve named executive officer compensation was also approved. The Steelcase Inc. Incentive Compensation Plan received shareholder approval. Lastly, the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2026 was ratified.
