Huadian Power International (HKG:1071, SHA:600027) completed the issuance of medium-term bonds worth 2 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
The bonds have a term of three years, but can be extended. It also has a 1.89% coupon rate.
The Chinese power producer will use the proceeds to pay debts and supplement its working capital, the filing said.
