Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. has announced the acceleration of the permitting process for its High-Grade Grassy Mountain Gold Project by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) is anticipated to be published in early August 2025, as a result of recent changes to NEPA regulations. Following the publication, there will be a public comment period, with the final Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision expected in December 2025. This project is included on the Federal Government's FAST-41 transparency list, which aims to provide increased transparency and accountability in the environmental review process. This inclusion benefits all stakeholders by making the review and authorization schedules publicly available.
