Greentown China Holdings Limited has released its unaudited operating data for the six months ending on 30 June 2025. The company reported that the Greentown Group sold 2,845 units of self-investment projects in June 2025, covering a sales area of approximately 410,000 square meters. The monthly sales reached approximately RMB14.2 billion, with an average selling price of RMB34,746 per square meter. For the period from January to June 2025, Greentown Group recorded a sales area of 2,290,000 square meters, leading to contracted sales of approximately RMB80.3 billion, with RMB53.9 billion attributable to Greentown Group. Additionally, as of 30 June 2025, there were subscription sales recorded at RMB3.0 billion, with RMB1.8 billion attributable to the Group. The project management business achieved a sales area of approximately 730,000 square meters in June 2025, with a total sales amount of RMB10.8 billion. From January to June 2025, the project management business reported a total sales amount of approximately RMB41.9 billion, with a sales area of 3,060,000 square meters. Overall, for the six months ended 30 June 2025, Greentown Group achieved a total sales area of approximately 5,350,000 square meters and a total contracted sales amount of approximately RMB122.2 billion.
