June 7 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

** Japan Activation Capital (JAC) has taken stakes in manufacturers Omron <6645.T> and Tadano <6395.T>, according to statements released on the day, as the investment firm ramps up its exposure to Japanese companies.

** French IT services firm Capgemini <CAPP.PA> has agreed to buy technology outsourcing company WNS <WNS.N> for $3.3 billion to capitalize on AI tools offered for companies seeking to boost efficiency of their business processes.

** Swiss energy company MET Group has acquired German natural gas storage operator KGE, it said, adding 2 terawatt hours of capacity to its gas storage portfolio across now three sites in Germany.

** Sunil Mittal, founder of Bharti Airtel <BRTI.NS>, and private equity firm Warburg Pincus have jointly bid $720 million for a 49% stake in the Indian arm of Haier <600690.SS>, the Business Standard reported, citing sources.
