SIA Engineering (SGX:S59) transferred 2,118,743 share awards worth SG$5.0 million under its performance share and restricted share plans, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up nearly 1% in early morning trade.
Following the transfer, the total number of treasury shares has decreased to 4,163,929 shares.
