Stoneweg European Stapled Trust's (SGX:SET) total portfolio valuation rose to 2.25 billion euros as of June 30, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
This was 1.1% higher than the independent valuations conducted as of Dec. 31, 2024.
Increased market rents, increased initial yield from logistics and light industrial portfolio and higher office portfolio were the main drivers of the growth in valuation.
