Air Lease Corporation has released its business update for the second quarter of 2025, detailing significant activities and financial outcomes. As of June 30, 2025, the company's fleet encompassed 495 owned aircraft and 53 managed aircraft, with an additional 241 new aircraft on order from Airbus and Boeing, slated for delivery through 2031. During this quarter, Air Lease made substantial aircraft investments by delivering 12 new aircraft from its order book. This included six Airbus A220s, one A321neo, two Boeing 737-8s, one Boeing 787-9, and two Boeing 787-10s. These investments amounted to approximately $890 million, predominantly in the latter half of the quarter. In terms of sales, the company sold four aircraft to third-party buyers, generating approximately $126 million in proceeds for the quarter. Furthermore, Air Lease recognized a net benefit of $344 million from settlements with certain insurers concerning insurance claims related to its former Russian fleet.
