The purchase price is set at $95 million, with $70.5 million in outstanding debt and $0.3 million in capitalized fees related to the vessel's credit facility. The initial cost of the acquisition is approximately $24.8 million, with adjustments for working capital expected post-closing. This move is part of the Partnership's strategy to expand its fleet and secure long-term charters with reliable counterparties, enhancing its cash flow stability.
