The board of Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India (NSE:JCHAC, BOM:523398) has declared an interim dividend of 36 rupees per equity share of 10 rupees each for the fiscal year ending March 2026, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The record date for determining the eligible shareholders for the interim dividend has been set at July 9.
The interim dividend will be paid by July 24.
The company's shares were up nearly 2% in recent trade.
