Post (POST) said late Tuesday it has completed the previously announced $880 million acquisition of 8th Avenue Food & Provisions.
The deal value includes the assumption of $111 million in finance lease obligations, the company previously said.
Shares of Post were down 1.9% in after-hours activity.
