DataDog will be added to the S&P 500 on July 9, replacing Juniper Networks. DataDog shares rose 10%, to $148.77, after the market closed Wednesday.
Franklin Covey cut its fiscal-year outlook as trade tension, macroeconomic uncertainty and less government contracting is weighing on its revenue. Shares slid 8%, to $22.30, in after-hours trading.
Tripadvisor shares climbed after The Wall Street Journal reported activist investor Starboard Value had built an over 9% stake in the travel company. The stock climbed 9%, to $16.39, on Wednesday evening.
Xponential Fitness said the Securities and Exchange Commission concluded its investigation into the company without taking action. Shares soared 20%, to $8.98.
