Zhou Jian was reelected as chairman of Ubtech Robotics (HKG:9880), according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares fell nearly 3% in morning trade on Thursday.
Shareholders of the robotics company also reelected Zhang Ju as chief financial officer of the firm.
