Shares of GemLife Communities Group (ASX:GLF) surged over 5% in recent trading after the stock debuted on the Australian Securities Exchange at midday Thursday.
The retirement community operator's initial public offering was priced at AU$4.16, with 180.3 million shares sold to raise AU$750 million.
