Jeep-parent Stellantis named Tim Kuniskis head of American brands and North America marketing and retail strategy.

Kuniskis will retain his position as CEO of the Ram brand, said the company. Each of the current brand CEOs will continue leading their respective brands, it added.

Stellantis also said its street and racing technology performance division is returning. The reestablished division will oversee direct connection and North American motorsports initiatives under Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram.

Kuniskis' appointment is the latest in leadership reshuffles at Stellantis. Chief Executive Antonio Filosa, named as the head of the automaker in May, announced executive changes last month. Among them were Chief Financial Officer Doug Ostermann taking on responsibility for mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
