Monash IVF Group (ASX:MVF) disclosed the interim remuneration for acting Chief Executive Malik Jainudeen, effective June 12, reflecting the additional responsibilities of his role during the interim period, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Interim remuneration includes a fixed annual salary of AU$401,007 plus a AU$228,000 higher duties allowance, along with eligibility for a short-term incentive of up to 50% of total remuneration and a long-term incentive of up to 60% of base salary, both contingent on performance criteria, the filing said.
The appointment has no fixed term, includes a three-month notice, and will revert to Jainudeen's original remuneration terms after the interim period, the filing added.
