JLL Vice President Sarah Silva and Associate Nicole Becker represented Sunon in the transaction. The 18-story building, 800 Fulton, is a significant office project featuring modern architecture, a LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certification, and numerous amenities. This marks Sunon's second U.S. location, underscoring its commitment to international growth and the U.S. market.
