Samsung Electronics (KRX:005930) said Thursday that Samsung Electronics Service claimed the top spot in home appliance, mobile phone, and computer after-sales service (AS) categories in major service quality evaluations.

It was named top in the 2025 National Service Awards (NSA) for home appliances and ranked first for the 24th and 22nd consecutive years in the Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) for computer and mobile phone services, respectively.

The company's customer-focused approach, including pre-checks, after-care, and tailored services, was evaluated, according to the release.

Shares of Samsung Electronics rose nearly 3% in recent trade.
