Nu Holdings Ltd. has announced that Otávio Ribeiro Damaso will join the company as an advisor for regulatory and risk management affairs. Damaso, who has extensive experience in the financial and regulatory sectors, will serve as a permanent observer of Nu Holdings Ltd.'s Audit and Risk Committee and of Nu Brazil's Risk Committee. He will also provide consultancy to Nu Group on business or risk-related issues.
