Built in 2019, the hotel is situated at 3605 Shire Blvd., near CityLine DFW along Route 190, offering proximity to the University of Texas at Dallas and a convenient 30-minute drive from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The sale was handled by Chris Gomes, executive managing director of investments, who marketed the property for the seller and secured the buyer.
