Parkson Retail Asia (SGX:O9E) liquidated its dormant indirect subsidiary, Myanmar Parkson, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in recent trading.
The subsidiary was a stepdown subsidiary of Parkson Myanmar Investment, in which Parkson Myanmar, another subsidiary, holds a 70% stake.
