Shares of Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) fell nearly 3% in Tuesday morning trade after the company said Malcolm Bundey will assume the role of Non-Executive Chair, effective July 1, in a late Monday filing.
Bundey will succeed outgoing Independent Non-Executive Chairman James McClement, the filing said.
