Frontage Holdings Corporation has announced changes to its Nomination Committee effective June 30, 2025. Ms. Zhuan Yin, a non-executive director, and Mr. Yifan Li, an independent non-executive director, have been appointed as new members. The committee now includes one executive director, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors, with Mr. Jingsong Wang serving as chairman.
