Piper Sandler Companies has announced the appointment of Andy Nick as managing director and co-head of secondary capital advisory within its private capital advisory group. Nick, bringing over 20 years of experience in private capital markets, will focus on providing liquidity and capital solutions, such as GP-led continuation funds and LP portfolio transactions. He previously worked at Jefferies, Greenhill, and Cogent Partners.
