trivago N.V. held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 27, 2025. The shareholders approved the adoption of the annual accounts for the financial year 2024 and the appointment of the external auditor for 2025. The managing directors and supervisory directors were released from liability for their duties during 2024. Dr. Wolf Schmuhl was appointed as managing director, and Mieke De Schepper and Niklas Östberg were re-appointed as supervisory directors. Brandon Pedersen was appointed as a new supervisory director. Additionally, the management board received authorization to acquire shares in the company's capital.
