Kingsoft Cloud (HKG:3896) granted a total of 4,983,520 restricted share units (RSU) to certain employees under a 2021 incentive plan, a June 27 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the cloud service company were down nearly 2% in Monday afternoon trading.
The RSUs represent an equal number of underlying shares or around 332,234 American Depositary Shares (ADS).
Following the grants, the firm has 85,742,546 underlying shares available for future grants under the scheme mandate limit and 38,052,848 underlying shares under the service provider sublimit.
