Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Juniper Networks (JNPR) said Saturday they have reached a deal with the US Department of Justice to resolve an antitrust lawsuit against Hewlett Packard's $14 billion proposed takeover of Juniper.

As part of the settlement, Hewlett Packard has agreed to divest its global Instant On campus and branch business, the companies said. Hewlett Packard will also "facilitate limited access to Juniper's advanced Mist AIOps technology" after the deal closes.

The settlement is subject to court approval.
