ACME Solar Holdings' (NSE:ACMESOLAR, BOM:544283) subsidiary, ACME Sikar Solar, has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corp. of India (SECI), according to a Wednesday filing.
The agreement covers a 300 MW solar project in Rajasthan, India, at a fixed tariff of 3.05 Indian rupees per kWh, the filing said. The signing follows the commissioning of the project on June 23, it added.
With this, ACME Solar's PPA-backed capacity rises to 5,130 MW, of which 2,890 MW is operational, the filing said.
