Ondas Holdings (ONDS) said Wednesday its American Robotics subsidiary signed a letter of intent with Detroit Manufacturing Systems to support the manufacturing and supply chain operations of its autonomous drone platforms in the US.
Under the deal, Detroit Manufacturing Systems will serve as contract manufacturer and supply chain manager for American Robotics for both US and export markets.
All manufacturing and assembly will take place through DMSs' manufacturing operations in Wixom, Michigan, the company said.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Ondas Holdings shares were up more than 11% in pre-market trading.
