AK Medical Holdings Ltd. has announced changes in its Nomination Committee effective from June 25, 2025. Mr. Li Zhijiang has stepped down as chairman and member, while Ms. Zhang Bin has been appointed as a member. Dr. Li Shu Wing David has taken on the role of chairman. The committee now includes Ms. Zhang, Dr. Li, and Mr. Kong Chi Mo.
