Binjiang Service Group Co. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ms. Cai Haijing as a new member of its Nomination Committee, effective June 27, 2025. Ms. Cai is an independent non-executive Director. With this appointment, the Nomination Committee now includes four members: Mr. Yu Zhongxiang, Mr. Ding Jiangang, Mr. Li Kunjun, and Ms. Cai Haijing.
