June 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Thursday:
** CarUX, a smart cockpit solutions provider and a subsidiary of Taiwan's display maker Innolux Corp <3481.TW>, said it will acquire Japan's Pioneer Corporation in a deal valued at 163.6 billion yen (around $1.1 billion). nL6N3ST0F8
** Shell <SHEL.L> has not bid for BP <BP.L> and is not actively considering such a move, it said in a categorical denial, adding it was bound by UK rules which mean such a statement bans it from bidding for BP for the next six months. nL1N3ST08C
** Brookfield Asset Management <BAM.TO> will sell its Australian retirement home operator Aveo to The Living Company for A$3.85 billion ($2.5 billion), the Canadian company said. nL4N3ST0FE
** Spanish energy company Repsol <REP.MC> said it has agreed to sell a 24% stake in Indonesia's Corridor Block gas operation to Jakarta-listed Medco Energi <MEDC.JK> for $425 million. nL8N3ST08P

** Candy maker Mars' takeover of Pringles maker Kellanova K.N was cleared by U.S. antitrust regulators on Wednesday, but their EU counterparts opened a full-scale investigation into the $36 billion deal, saying it could lead to price hikes. nL8N3SS1CE
