Xinyi Solar (HKG:0968) completed the issue of 800 million yuan of bonds on Thursday, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The bonds carry a coupon rate of 2.1% per annum and will mature in three years.
The solar photovoltaic glass maker will use proceeds from the issue to replenish the working capital of its subsidiaries.
