Ms. Yuan Jing has resigned as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee, effective June 27, 2025. She has been succeeded by Ms. Wang Surong, who has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee, effective the same date.
