On June 25, 2025, Gaderway Investments Limited, the previous controlling shareholder, finalized the sale of 9,046,892 Class B ordinary shares to Fire Lucky Investment Co., Ltd., a Cayman Islands company. This transaction, following a share purchase agreement dated May 22, 2025, involved a cash payment of USD7,800,000 by the investor. As a result, Fire Lucky Investment Co., Ltd. now holds approximately 97.73% of the voting power of MF International Ltd., granting it unilateral control over the election of the company's board of directors and its strategic direction. This marks a pivotal transition in the company's governance.
