China Electronics Huada Technology Co. Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 27 June 2025. During the meeting, the following proposals were approved: receiving and considering the audited consolidated financial statements and reports for the year ended 31 December 2024; declaring a dividend of HK9.0 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2024; re-electing Mr. Sun Jie, Mr. Fu Dan, and Mr. Chang Feng as directors of the Company; re-appointing Forvis Mazars CPA Limited as the independent auditor of the Company; granting a general mandate to buy back shares of the Company; and granting a general mandate to allot, issue, and deal with additional shares of the Company.
