Scatec ASA has introduced a new Employee Share Purchase Programme for 2025, offering employees the chance to purchase company shares at a set price. Announced on June 16, 2025, the program allowed employees to subscribe for shares valued between NOK 10,413 and NOK 104,128 during the subscription window from June 16 to June 25. The share price was determined at NOK 89.45, reflecting the average volume-weighted trading price on the Oslo Stock Exchange over the last five trading days of the subscription period. A total of 68,533 shares were subscribed for by employees, with allocation and delivery scheduled by July 4, 2025.
