Mirvac Group's (ASX:MGR) wholesale office fund raised AU$350 million from its base of around 40 institutional investors, as the group considers a bid to take over Lendlease's (ASX:LLC) AU$10 billion Australian Prime Property Fund (APPF) platform, according to a Thursday report by The Australian.
The equity raise remains open, with both domestic and offshore investors invited to join, per the report.
Mirvac did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
