FlexShopper Gets Nasdaq Extension to File Delayed 10-K, 10-Q Reports

FlexShopper (FPAY) received a 180-day extension from the Nasdaq Stock Market to regain compliance with listing rules related to timely filing of financial reports.

The company said Thursday that it is working with its independent auditor and external advisers to finalize its delayed 2024 annual audit and Q1 2025 results.

FlexShopper's shares will continue trading on Nasdaq with a compliance deadline set for Oct. 13.
