Reliance Global Group Inc. has announced an amendment to its existing Revolving Credit Facility Agreement with YES Americana Group, LLC, significantly increasing its loan commitment. Effective June 24, 2025, the agreement raises the facility's loan limit from $600,000 to $2,000,000. Alongside this, an amendment to the company's Revolving Note has been made, ensuring the principal amount payable will be the greater of $1,075,064 or the total outstanding loans under the revised credit facility. This move aims to provide Reliance Global Group with enhanced financial flexibility to support its operations and growth initiatives.
