Aeries Technology Inc. has announced a management change effective June 30, 2025. Ramesh Venkataraman will resign from his position on the Board of Directors and will step down from his role on the Board's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He will transition to a new role as chairperson of the company's independent advisory board. This decision was not due to any disagreements with the company.
