Metalla Royalty & Streaming (MTA) said Wednesday it has entered into an agreement with the Bank of Montreal (BMO) and National Bank Financial for a revolving credit facility allowing it to borrow up to $40 million, with an accordion feature for an additional $35 million.
The company said it has also fully repaid and retired its existing CA$50.0 million ($36.4 million) convertible loan facility.
