Dexin Services Group Ltd. has announced changes to its Nomination Committee effective June 25, 2025. Ms. Zheng Peng, an executive director, has been appointed as a member of the committee. Mr. Hu Yiping has stepped down as chairman and member of the committee. Dr. Wong Wing Kuen Albert, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the new chairman of the Nomination Committee. The committee will continue to comprise Dr. Wong, Ms. Zheng, and Mr. Rui Meng.
