Fullshare Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 26 June 2025. The proposals to receive and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements and reports for the year ended 31 December 2024 and to re-elect Mr. Ji Changqun as an executive Director were approved. However, one proposal did not pass as an ordinary resolution, and another did not pass as a special resolution.
