Wanguo Gold Group Ltd. has announced changes in its Nomination Committee effective 25 June 2025. Mr. Wang Xin, an independent non-executive Director, has stepped down as a member of the committee, while Ms. Gao Jinzhu, an executive Director, has been appointed to the committee. The Nomination Committee now includes Ms. Gao Jinzhu, along with independent non-executive Directors Mr. Tsang Wai Hung and Mr. Wong Chi Ming Ming, with Mr. Tsang Wai Hung serving as the chairman.
