Bairong Inc. has announced changes in its management structure effective June 26, 2025. Ms. Wang Qing and Ms. Qin Xuan have been appointed as executive directors, with Ms. Qin also joining the Nomination Committee. Additionally, Professor Chen Zhiwu has been appointed to the Nomination Committee, and Mr. Zhou Hao has been re-designated as a member. Mr. Zheng Wei has resigned as an executive director but will continue as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
