SCE Intelligent Commercial Management Holdings Ltd. has announced changes to its Nomination Committee, effective 23 June 2025. Mr. Wong Lun has stepped down as a member and chairman of the committee. Ms. Ku Weihong has been appointed as a member, and Mr. Wang Yongping, previously a member, has been redesignated as the chairman. The committee now consists of two independent non-executive directors, Mr. Wang Yongping and Mr. Ding Zuyu, and one executive director, Ms. Ku Weihong.
