Zangge Mining (SHE:000408) plans to sign a three-year financial services agreement with Zijin Mining Group Finance, the finance unit of Zijin Mining Group (HKG:2899, SHA:601899), according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Monday.
Zijin Mining Group Finance will provide deposit, loan, settlement, and other financial services to the Chinese mining company.
The daily maximum balance of deposits and interest for the company will be capped at 2 billion yuan, and the daily maximum balance of loans and interest will not exceed 1 billion yuan.
