China SCE Group Holdings Ltd. has announced changes to its Nomination Committee effective 23 June 2025. Mr. Wong Chiu Yeung will step down as a member and chairman of the committee. Ms. Zhang Haitao will join as a member, and Mr. Dai Yiyi will be redesignated as the chairman. The committee will now consist of two independent non-executive directors, Mr. Dai Yiyi and Mr. Mao Zhenhua, and one executive director, Ms. Zhang Haitao, ensuring diversity in its composition.
