Ocumension Therapeutics has announced changes to its board of directors. Dr. Lian Yong Chen will serve as Chairman and Non-executive Director. The board now includes Mr. Ye Liu and Dr. Zhaopeng Hu as executive directors, with Dr. Lian Yong Chen, Mr. Yanling Cao, and Dr. Qin Xie as non-executive directors. Independent non-executive directors include Mr. Ting Yuk Anthony Wu, Mr. Yiran Huang, and Mr. Zhenyu Zhang.
